Hello Dear One,
For over a year now I’ve been in and out of a meditation practice inspired by one of my mentors. Everyone else on the course (I told myself) found it helpful. And, I don’t.
It’s a visualisation meditation I can’t get into. I understand the science behind it – and the promise. But I like to write things down. The process brings me clarity and confidence, plus, I adore the feeling of pen on paper. So I’ve started writing down what they go through in the meditation. That feels good to me.
Where are you plugging away at something that doesn’t serve you? Can it be easier?
Thanks for being here and being you.
All love,
Jo
PS - I did find a Metta (unconditional love) meditation practice you might like too. Or not!

I love Davidji - thanks for sharing the meditation. Not every meditation works for every person. That's why there are so many different kinds for us to try them and see what works for us personally! I teach PSM (Primordial Sound Mantra) Meditation if you are interested in learning what your personal mantra is. Let me know :)
