Hello Dear One,

I’ve been absent from Substack for a little while (to be honest I’m still working out how to best serve you here in the time I have), but summer wouldn’t be the same without me giving you a little nudge to write.

Here are three of my favourite journaling sequences for this time of year.

FUN

As the nights start to draw in I’m terrible for thinking fun is over. Fun is always here, we just need to be a little more creative!

A gorgeous sequence to feel your emotions, not bypass them. After all the summer fun checking in with yourself is invaluable.

THE MONTH AHEAD

A gorgeous visioning process for September. However you’re feeling right now you can create magic.

I hope they inspire you to write until your hands hurt. Yay for showing up for you!
