Three journaling sequences for anxiety
Soothe your system in thirty minutes or less
Hello Dear One,
I feel more anxious than I have in a while.
Rationally I know why: I’m about to return home after spending almost three months in Europe. A part of me is so ready to see my people and get the ball rolling for a permanent move. And a part that is freaking out. All of that gets to be here, gets to be welcome.
So, I thought you – and I – might like a few journaling sequences to ease anxiety.
When your mind is racing it can be difficult to find your way to a page. I also know how much it helps.
ONE: Untangling Anxiety
Perfect for when you want to get to the nitty-gritty of what’s making you anxious.
TWO: Spiralling
When you’re mind is running off in all sorts of directions try this.
THREE: Perspective
Mind is running away with worst-case scenarios? I’d lovingly point you towards this one.
I’d love to know which one resonates most, leave a comment or hit reply.
One final thing: anxiety loves to take you to all the places which aren’t real. Find yourself back in the present moment. Squeeze your hands. Breathe.
Thanks for being here and being you.
All love,
Jo
