On freedom, self-belief and relaunching my letter

Hello my love,

You may, or may not know, that for over two years I wrote a weekly letter here.

Then, it didn’t feel right anymore [you can still read all my letters in the archive, they have GREAT journaling sequences].

I wanted to create something that gave me more creative freedom – where I could write about things on my heart that might be on yours too.

So, this is your official welcome to Heartened a place where I’ll write about things I know – as a writer, coach and human - and things I’m learning. The title means to encourage, inspire, cheer and give comfort which is how I want this space to feel. I’m not 100% sure means yet, but I do know it will be valuable.

Mostly, it will feel like me.

This is my a line in the sand to say something magic is coming next year and I hope you’ll stay with me for the ride.

In the meantime ask yourself this:

Am I clinging so hard to the idea of what something ‘should’ be that I don’t allow it to be what it is?

What space could I create if I let go a little?

And a lot?
