Hello Dear One, 

How are you? In your mind, body and heart?

I hope you don’t think you need to make yourself ‘better’ or smaller or more perfect this year. You are already enough. If there’s anything I’d love to encourage it’s finding ways to be more you. Be louder if you’ve been making yourself quiet; be bigger if you’ve been making yourself small. Love what you love harder.

I’ve just returned from Lisbon, where I spent New Year – a trip created with intention. Before the pandemic travel lit up my spirit. On New Year's Eve 2020, I set the intention to go abroad again, even though I wasn’t even allowed to visit people in the next street. I didn’t know how or when, and it felt against the odds, but I wrote it down anyway. I sowed the seed. 

Now, I’m already thinking about where I might be able to go this year – which again might not be easy. But I’ve taken action in the direction of my dreams. I’ve stayed true to my inner knowing and focused on what I can make happen. 

Tomorrow at 8pm GMT we’ll be diving deep into what this year might hold, with a full process in beautiful company. If you’d like time, space and powerful guidance come join. All you need is a notebook, pen and quiet space and you can get the replay if the time doesn’t work quite fit.
