Hello Dear One,

Yesterday I went out without a coat and felt warm; daffodils are blooming outside my window. The loveliness of Spring always takes me by surprise.

And, it’s the perfect time to think about what’s blooming. Not what you want, but the seeds you’ve sown in your life one, two, five years ago: the things in your life which have already come to fruition.

I already have the best dog and beautiful friendships which have grown over time, I've written two novels and have the most incredible business, get to spend time with my family and have freedom over my days.

So much is in bloom. Even on darker days and in low moments I can take time to see this: the fleeting beauty of my ever-changing life.
