Hey love,
Lately I’ve experienced a lot of anxiety.
Yes - no matter how much self-development you do you’ll still be a human feeling human things. And honestly there are times when I’ve known why (of course I want to ‘figure it out’) and other times where it’s just been there.
And that makes sense, as anxiety is a completely natural human experience. It’s our system warning us of threat.
Thing is, there isn’t always one.
Often we perceive threat that’s connected to our deepest fears, our wounding and our circumstances. And when we shame ourselves, judge ourselves and tell ourselves we ‘should be grateful’ (anyone else?) it just doubles down.
So, I made you something: a ten minute meditation to allow anxiety to move through you.
You’ll experience:
Gentle grounding practices to calm your nervous system
Permission to feel your emotions without shame or story
A reconnection to your breath, body, and inner wisdom
A sacred space to open to divine guidance
Settle in, press play, and let yourself be held.
All my love,
Jo
