Hey beautiful soul,
Here’s a truth I hold close: you get to want what you want.
And yet, do you…
…find it difficult to really believe it will happen?
…go into freeze or flight when you think about the life you could have because it feels like too much?
…find yourself keeping your desires secret?
…not even let yourself go there because it feels too big, too much, too selfish or too unlikely?
I get it.
This was where I was for years: living not by design but by closing my eyes and hoping things worked out. Often when they did - I got one dream job then another, had amazing friends and a beautiful home - I brushed it off instead of letting it land.
Why? I was operating from my deepest wound, that there was something wrong with me. So, success didn’t feel that safe, or like something I could bank on.
Fast-forward to now and I’m deliberate about claiming what I desire.
And this is possible, even if you feel hopeless, like nothing’s working or you’re banging your head against a brick wall.
In this week’s episode I share how to stop despairing and start creating.
As you listen ask yourself…
What if your desires weren’t wrong, but deeply wise and guiding you home to yourself?
Where might you be holding yourself back to fit into someone else’s definition of ‘enough’?
Could the discomfort that comes with desire be growth, not a sign to stop?
What gentle truth might be hiding beneath the story that it’s not possible for you?
How might your life shift if you gave yourself full permission to want what you want and trust that it's meant for you?
You owe it to yourself to give yourself full permission: not only to dream but to claim what you want.
Thanks for being here and being you.
All love,
Jo
