Hey beautiful soul,
How are you doing? Really?
Take a second an notice. There’s always time to breathe.
Whatever is happening in your world I hope you’ve got yourself.
This week I’m delving into something personal (and quite funny) that happened in my life, where I really got to show up for myself and be with myself - rather than turn on myself. In these moments we really get to see the growth.
As you listen ask yourself…
What kind of tone does your inner voice have? Would you speak to someone you love that way?
What past experiences, beliefs or patterns are you carrying with you and are they serving you?
Who would you be if the voice in your head built you up and encouraged you?
What identity are you done with?
Every moment gives you a choice—stay small in the wounded self, or step into the powerful, loving adult you’re becoming. And yes, shifting your self‑talk actually lands in your body when it’s consistent and intentional.
Bear this in mind when you’re stepping into your emergent self: spot when you’re acting from wounded places, ask who am I without my labels? (this is SO huge) and upgrade your self-talk with compassion and truth.
I’d love to know what lands.
All my love,
Jo
